Content Summary
The KT Corp Sovereign Cloud and AI deal is at A2N stage, proposing a strategic partnership to build South Korea's first sovereign AI cloud platform combining Azure software infrastructure with KT Corp's domestic data centres and network assets. The deal scope has expanded to include zero trust security architecture following the NIS mandate (MU-007) and potential integration with Rebellions' AI inference chips (SR-006/DT-008).
The A2N package presents a $520M five-year opportunity comprising sovereign Azure consumption, managed AI services, and security infrastructure. James Liu has approved the A2N package and the deal is pending final financial review from Thomas Mueller before advancing to FGNG. The competitive threat from Samsung SDS and Google Cloud requires expedited timeline execution.

HighComments & Notes
The Samsung SDS / Google Cloud announcement adds urgency. We need Thomas to complete the financial review this week so we can move to FGNG before KT Corp comes under pressure from alternative offers.
Reviewing the financial model now. The $520M projection is aggressive but defensible given the zero trust mandate timeline. My main concern is the Rebellions hardware dependency β need to see the contingency plan if ATOM chip production delays occur.
Thomas, I share the concern on Rebellions but the architecture should be designed to run on NVIDIA GPUs as a fallback. The strategic value of domestic hardware is the selling point, not a dependency. Please expedite the review.
