Content Summary

The e& UAE M365 Copilot SMB deal is at SA stage, proposing a telco-bundled distribution model for Microsoft 365 Copilot targeting e&'s 150,000+ SMB customers in the UAE. The SA package details three pricing tiers (micro, small, medium business) and a structured AI skilling programme delivered through e&'s business platform. The first-year target is 25,000 Copilot seats with a three-year ramp to 80,000 seats.

The deal's innovation lies in the telco-bundle distribution model, which provides Microsoft access to an SMB market that is too fragmented for direct enterprise sales. Arabic-language skilling content development is identified as a critical path item, and the pilot programme with 500 SMBs has been scoped to validate adoption assumptions across three UAE emirates.

The SA package is solid but the Arabic content timeline is the bottleneck. Microsoft Learning has confirmed they can deliver Arabic Copilot training modules by end of Q2, which aligns with our pilot launch target.

I can support on the Arabic content localisation. Have contacts at the Microsoft Arabic Language Centre in Cairo who have experience with business productivity content. Let me make the connection.
